Absolutely disgusting customer service. Ordered my bed for delivery on 16/3/24. Looked at my order and it said delivered. Called DFS to query this to be told delivery was cancelled and to call their delivery service. I did this bit they were no help. Called DFS again to be told they had communicated cancellation on 12/3/24 to me which they had not. The woman taking the call said I would be due some compensation and someone would be in contact about this. Today I have confirmation that delivery will be Friday but have had no communication from DFS regardinging the compensation. So I recalled them to state yet again no one has contacted me about the compensation to be told I am due nothing. Therefore not once but twice they have failed in their communication. On the original date as I believed they were still delivering that day I arranged disposal of my old bed. Due to non delivery my disabled partner has had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. I have never recieved such bad customer service as I have done with this company. I will find every review page possible to copy and paste this to.
