I'm utterly disgusted with DFS Sofa Company's appalling disregard for their customers.
We made the effort to attend our appointment only to be met with complete indifference. Is this the pitiful standard of service DFS deems acceptable?
It's time for DFS to wake up and start prioritizing their customers, rather than treating them like insignificant inconveniences.
In the end of the day we pay your salaries but if you do not like my money we will purchase somewhere else.
