Powerpack was missing, the sofa was delivered 13/06/24, and we still haven't received it, was told it had been delivered Friday and would get it Saturday or Monday, to now be told it was posted out YESTERDAY instead!! My disabled husband cannot sit on it without that reclining, we waited over 3mth for it as it was so I'm fuming!! And those on the 'chat' are absolutely useless!! Will be going to citizens advice as its took its toll on myself and my husbands health, like I haven't got enough to do without chasing you lot up!!!
