Was promised delivery of my sofa on the 18/07/24. Wrote to them to see if it was still on track to be told that they don't know when it will be delivered and they will ring when they are ready for delivery. No updates since my correspondence and when tracking my order still has original delivery date as above. Very disappointed with the level of service received so far.
