Impossible to contact either by phone or online, the chat service is terrible it seems to be just rolling (repeating) different person same question. I had to pay full price of the two 2-seater adjustable sofas at time of purchase andc2as told delivery would be in 2 weeks. It is now gone 3 weeks , I received dfs message delivery date was 2/9/24, it is now the 11/9/24 and I've had no luck contacting dfs. I'm a pensioner and just worried about the money i had to pay up front.
