Terrible experience with their Watford branch. Would not recommend them at all. They seem to have no communication between the staff and head office and their delivery company that cause us to cancel our order and go elsewhere.
Would never suggest or go back to DFS. I’ve had to take them to an ombudsman to get some form of compensation
