Besides the fact that it took over a month for the package to get to the US (Gee, how does Temu and Shein do it so quickly?), but the package then got lost. I had to file a dispute and submit documentation that I did a Missing Mail Request and uploaded the emails I got from the USPS, the last one of which does say they couldn't find the package. But DHGate kept asking me to upload the documentation - at least 3 times - because they said it was invalid. I finally realized that they weren't ever going to reimburse me and this was just a delaying tactic. They advertise that they have Buyer Protection, but they really don't
