I bought two items from DHgate. A day or two later, in the early morning, I get an email thanking me for my purchase. To my surprise, someone had ordered two wallets under my name. It had to be an inside job because it was sent to me. I did not give DHgate permission to keep my credit card info. I had to cancel my card and inform all my creditors about the change. What did DHgate do? Immediately, they closed my account. I couldn't even. get tracking information or submit a review.
