Fake poor quality goods.
If they do turn up you'll be as disappointed as if they didn't which is 1 out of 2 times.
No help from customer service they keep your money let the sellers carry on selling so they get their 20 %. They stopped using PayPal for a reason and now a refund is impossible.
Avoid cost more in the long run
