I had an issue with a seller called hongzhuang. I bought a shoes and came with no conditions to use. I tried so many times negotiate with the seller and according to him, was sending an other one. He gave me a tracking number for other address and I never received the product. I’ in contact with DHgate for more than one week without a solution. The company does not look responsible for the seller
