I placed an order of an item that cost $850. Hours later I get an email saying I needed to send them a picture of my credit card front and back, or a copy of my passport to verify payment. I have ordered hundreds of items online and never has a company asked for any of the stuff DHgate is asking for. I’m in the process of cancelling my order. People save your money. This company is a FRAUD.
