I agree. This company is a nightmare. I ordered a gown described in the heading as 'Emerald Green'. When it came it was teal blue. I could not use it. I applied to the for a refund. The message I got back was, "the seller has declined your refund request, because the order has already been processed."
DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY! I lost $136! THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ONLINE!
