I ordered 4 items in November and received two. Put brand new batteries in and they didn't work. I spent numerous hours trying to get DH gate to help, even used the chat online help several times. There customer service is useless and provides no help at all. It was the first time and last time I will ever order anything from them again. I paid for stuff that doesn't work! Don't waste your money with them. If you have a problem they will ignore you until you go away!
