Buying from DH-Gate was a terrible experience across the board. I feel like I was scammed and stolen from. The customer service people at DH Gate ran me around in circles, cost me additional money and time trying to jump through all the hoops they required to resolve the issue of a faulty product being sent, and the end helped with NOTHING! I followed through with every request that was made of me, and never got any kind of resolution.
