Never received order after a month of waiting. Called customer service and they could not provide an actual tracking number. Amazon has the same product and actually tracks it...I ordered the same product from amazon, have received it and am still waiting over a month later for what I paid for from this company.
I should be able to track an order I paid for without an email verification. I can’t even leave a review without an email. Very unsatisfactory customer service.
