I ordered a laptop screen from DH gate. It took forever to arrive but it did after a long time. They sent me a screen that was for another laptop not even close to what I asked for. I requested a replacement. Had a hard time trying to get the message through via the live chat with an automated machine. Long story short they wanted me to post it back first & then they would send a replacement screen. Not bloody likely. They have taken my money & want to take no responsibility for their very obvious mistake. Had I posted it back at a cost similar to the cost of the item, I do believe I would have heard no more about it with them having my money & their product back & me having enriched Australia Post. Someone in authority has to put a stop to this company being allowed to commit fraud like this on our shores.
