They are the worst company to deal with. Stay away from them, their buyer protection policy is worthless. They will not address your issues. They will always side with the seller. We received a defective product straight out of the box. The best they offered was a partial refund. I did not accept and wanted to return the item either for replacement or warranty but they did not accept. There are better sites than this. I regret not checking reviews first.
