Do not buy from this website you will regret it! I purchased basketball shoes from "themaxshoes" store which sells basketball shoes on DH gate. When I received them I was shocked as they were imitation so I immediately requested a refund. The seller was a nightmare to deal with, they would not provide me with a returns postage label for me to post the shoes back to them and also would not provide a refund until they received the shoes. They agreed I pay the postage cost and they will refund me, so I paid $33.10 to ship them back to China. Then once they received the shoes they refunded me the shoe cost and closed my order on DH gate as resolved. They changed their mind advising the seller pays the shipment cost!!! I tried to raise another dispute with DH gate but as the order was closed could not. Very dodgy and will not purchase another item from this website!! Order no. 3125049517
