Seriously, listen to all the other reviews. DH Gate operate from China. They don't operate under UK law and don't need to. They're policies are designed to help Chinese sellers scam westerners. You will be scammed if you use them and they will do nothing about it. Even when there is evidence, they will ignore it and allow the scammer to keep on selling. I reported them to trading standards but as they're Chinese, there's nothing they can do. It's a huge scam, avoid it!
