Ordered a product and the color and quality were horrible. When I tried to return it, the process was impossible to negotiate and they said I failed to comply. I tried to contest it with the credit card company, but that was unsuccessful so because of DHGate, I cancelled my credit card without paying for this junk. I really didn't want to do that, so now it will go against my credit but oh well. Thanks DHGate
