I have placed an order with Dhgate over a month ago and I have still not received my order. I went to the customer service website to make a follow up and they provided a link for me to follow. However there isn't a movement at all, only when I make a follow up status is updated. Now status reflect goods arrived in my country and was cleared out of customs since the 24 of September 2019. I made another follow in terms of when the goods to be delivered to my address and I was told they will follow up with the merchant and status was made that I need to be patient, to date I still have not received my order.
