Scams glore and a "customer service centre" for decoration purposes.
I purchased 8 items from different Sellers, only 1 actually arrived. ALL OTHER SELLERS provided me with FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS, so the "items" were all recorded as delivered. Sneaky and illegal.
customer service experience was just as bad, lots of chatting---- still waiting for my 2 refunds to clear on my card. DHGate has not offered refunds on the other scam purchases.
