Customer service is a Joke. Do NOT PURCHASE anything from Shoppa! My item was shipped to another state. The seller offered to resend. I requested tracking info- they sent me tracking from someone else's order- invalid tracking! What a joke!!! As of today, I have not received my item or any resolution to resolve my issue! Tang-Tang is a computer generated system "they call customer service!" I've never seen anything like this in my life. The government should shut them down for SCAMMING HARD WORKING PEOPLE. STAY AWAY FROM DHGATE. I WILL make this known on social media as well.
