there's no way for you to get your money back after you've placed the order. DHGate sides with the seller and there's no buyer protection (even though they claim to have one). I uploaded my conversation with DHGate when I was asking for their help to get refund from a vendor named huifangzhou. The vendor promised to refund but they went ahead to process the order. DHGate allows vendors to ignore buyer's refund request and will not help buyers to get their money back. That's their refund policy. I honestly didn't get emotional because of this but I just want to post my experience here to warn all the buyers not to buy from DHGate.
