I purchased or so I thought I did purchase a purse for my daughter. She received an email stating the payment didn’t go through. I sent my daughter a screen shot showing her the payment processed she would need to dispute it. I attempted to dispute it using the dhgate message dispute, unfortunately the “submit” button doesn’t work, once you pollinate the fields with information but low and behold the refresh button did work it removed all information I submitted. No need I’m going to my bank today to dispute it and get my money back. Long story short, my daughter didn’t receive her goods, I have to request an investigation through my bank to get my money back!
