The Chinese culture is one of dishonesty. That is a fact. There are very fer dealers/sellers on DHGate that are trustworthy. They do not understand the concepts of great customer care, ethics and responsiveness. Nearly all sellers will not respond to email inquires. Escalating to their customer care team is not worth the time. They will make up excuses and tell you to work with other dealers. Its a ridiculous culture and selling market.
