I placed an order, they took my money and now the seller is refusing to ship because “I did not choose the “option””. I actually DID choose “the option”, which was not an option, only one choice. The seller is telling me I have to cancel the order and choose “I don’t want it” as my reason. I cancelled the order and chose “seller can’t provide quantity / items”. Now the seller is refusing my refund. The seller did not contact me to say there was a problem until 6 weeks after I placed the order. This is a clunky portal at best, and from what I can tell the items for sale probably don’t exist. Very disappointed.
