This is the garbage seller telling me that if I do not apologize for telling them what Garbage sellers they are they will not resolve my issue. I have requested a refund 11 different times with anyone from DH Gate that I could speak to. They give you the run-around stating that they cannot cancel an order or refund money. You have to do get the Seller to agree. Fine. I asked nicely, after 2.5 weeks went by with no update on my order. . Then... Global Viral Crisis broke out and I requested that my order be cancelled as I do not with for any out of Country shipments to come during these uncertain times. No answer. Got told your dress is fine. .. Then asked when can I expect my order as my wedding is SOON. Been 2 months and NO shipment details. Not even an update on whether they finished the garment or not. Now it's WW3 between me and this shitty seller, who thinks stealing $100s of dollars from an American is a game.
