I went through a fairly extensive intake with them over Whattsapp in December of 2024. I was told Mr. Mehmet Demircioglu would provide me a customized surgical plan in 1-2 weeks. I have not received anything since despite sending all the required documentation. Ive reached out to them twice since then - once January 15th and again February 9th to inquire about the status of my procedure and was told I could expect something within a few days. Its now almost 3 months later and I have not been provided with a surgical plan or even a quote.
