the doll is amazing. looks great. at first moving the doll can be a bit of a work out. it is heavy and stiff. improves over time. cleaning is easy, if you know what you are doing. the doll had a smell of TPE, it went away. my doll came damaged, most likely from customs when they opened the dolls box and removed some of the protection covering the dolls hand. I bring this up because the agent helping me, was wonderful. Issac. he gave me advice on how to fix. also he was there to answer questions during the dolls creation process. he made sure your order was correct. thank you.
