A few days ago I purchase an Animal Crossing New Horizons Account wrongly because somehow the game in my shopping cart changed and I bought animal crossing instead of an Switch online Family Membership. So I immediately contacted the seller (DIGITALGAMES) and after a little talk they said that they can do a refund but it would take 30 days ( -,- ). So I decided to contact the Difmark support over Telegram and they said they only can do a refund if the seller accept and they only can do a refund to my Difmark account which means I can buy another item at Difmark. I accepted it and since then the seller (DIGITALGAMES) stopped answering my questions… it’s been 6 days and still no refund or any guarantee that I will get my money back. Difmark support only says they will contact the seller but nothing more. I didn’t got the account with animal crossing and I also didn’t got my money back. Waste of time and money. Don’t buy there !
