“The company advertises immediate delivery for many products. But they no longer check whether this actually happens.
In my case, after paying for the order, it took the seller half a day to respond and with an excuse of technical difficuties , and i still dont have my code .
So i created a ticket .. No response
For me and the EU, this is unfair business practice and it is illegal throughout the EU.
You cannot advertise immediate delivery and when it comes to it just say opps .
Unfortunately, the company is based in Morocco where it is difficult to enforce international law.
The company does not have to comply with any customer standards.

Sadly the download could not even be completed as I was getting kicked out of the account every 5 - 10 minutes. The seller wanted me to buy a VPN service to resolve the issue which is downright ridiculous and was not at all included in the products description. Customer service took a week to reply only to suggest that the order was delilvered as described and that it says shared account. They did not even feel the need to adress the fact that even downloading the advertised game is impossible.

I opened a support ticket regarding my order and even went to the extent of creating two different accounts because they simply ignore you once they realize you’re right. I received a completely different item than what was described—no matching description, just a blatant attempt to deceive. I have photo and video proof of the item and all the misleading information they provided. This is not just poor service; it’s outright fraud!
