The worst experience I have ever made buying videogames online. Seller from Kazakhstan seems to be a scam, 2x games paid for 10 days ago, still haven't gotten them. But the worst thing is: the customer service from difmark. The seem to be on the sellers side and are not aiming for making things right for the customer. Luckily I got legal insurance and these scam cases are covered. Instead of simply getting my refund, this will now be more expensive for difmark/the seller on top of it. Super disappointed on how they tread customers.
