DONT USE THIS SITE, I purchased two copies of the same game (order #933590) for £50, one for me and one for a sibling. Got existing account email and passwords, asking for a refund for 3 months. Even asked me to delete my negative reviews in order to get a refund. Never happened, even after removing... Asked me to upload bank statements to prove no transaction... Never happened. I'm writing reviews everywhere to ensure people don't make the same mistakes as me, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Scammers, I bought from VoodooGaming and opened dispute #21535 on their site.
