100% a SCAM
Basically is a scam.
They do not provide a refund for your purchase and instead of providing the redeem game code as advertised they provide some illegal account that you are supposed to use to play the purchased games. So if for some reason you want to pay to illegally play a game and use a stranger account that might work for a while this is the place. If you ask for a refund they say you received the game and you are not entitled :|. Big big scam.
