They support and protect illecit behavior of sellers in their platform! I recent bought a game using their platform. After, I found that the seller “Xbox Official” and the declaration: “100 Secure and Legal” were both false. I found that selling an email/password to insert it in your account for download a game is against Tos of Xbox and the user will banned if using that method. I talk with the Xbox Support that say to me it is illicit and completely bannable. Also using an email (xxxx@xxx) to add to your account without any control of it is dangerous (is it a stolen email?) against EU gdpr (and international rules). For these reasons, the sale is voidable, thus because the item is unsellable, just from that origin. I report the situation both to seller and to the platform for getting a refund and they both say to me that all is gone. For this reason, this is, objectively, a fraud and I will be forced soon to report what happens to authorities and I tell you to avoid diftmark because they protect and enforce the unfair practices.!
