Be very careful when ordering from this company. I placed an order for 3 bottles. When I looked at my bank account the following day, they had placed the order twice in error. I tried to call them but their phone system has been down since November (first red flag…!); so I sent an email to their customer service email - they replied quite quickly saying the extra order had been cancelled so all was ok. This was untrue. Sure enough 6 bottles arrived (in an Amazon box - off again, as I ordered direct from Digestic). The money for 2 orders c£150!!) had also been taken from my account. I emailed them again and 5 days later got a response saying if I wanted to return them I’d need to do so at my own expense -c£25 to send back to US). I emailed them to ask why it was my responsibility to do this and sure enough no response. As such, they have in effect stolen £74 from me and are pretty much refusing to repay this. BEWARE - obviously a cowboy company.
