“This company is a sketchy operation. Their phone rings in Ireland, and the message you get is in French! What could go wrong with a website boasting 'MONEY BACK GUARANTEE '. Also I advise ALL to be careful using this product. I nearly passed out twice after taking the supplement as it messes with blood pressure, causing mine to vacillate up and down. And don't count on any refund, they're out enjoying your money!”

“Horrendous customer service. They do not respond to emails and the phone number has an immediate recording when you call that person is unavailable. I received my order but one of the bottles was cracked and broken. Glass is inside the product. I want a replacement for the one bottle or refund my credit card for the one bottle.”

“The product is excellent, I just wish their customer service was half as good. placed an order over two weeks ago, got email to say it was on the way but still waiting and no response to my emails, I just hope when I check my credit card they have only taken for the one bottle, fed up with waiting, ordered one from Amazon got it in two days,”

“I had the same problem as another reviewer. My order went through 3 times when I only ordered once. I ended up with 9 bottles. When I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to pay to send them back. I asked to contact the CEO to complain about their terrible ordering and awful customer service and they just ignored me. Product works well but terrible customer service.”

“Be very careful when ordering from this company. I placed an order for 3 bottles. When I looked at my bank account the following day, they had placed the order twice in error. I tried to call them but their phone system has been down since November (first red flag…!); so I sent an email to their customer service email - they replied quite quickly saying the extra order had been cancelled so all was ok. This was untrue. Sure enough 6 bottles arrived (in an Amazon box - off again, as I ordered direct from Digestic). The money for 2 orders c£150!!) had also been taken from my account. I emailed them again and 5 days later got a response saying if I wanted to return them I’d need to do so at my own expense -c£25 to send back to US). I emailed them to ask why it was my responsibility to do this and sure enough no response. As such, they have in effect stolen £74 from me and are pretty much refusing to repay this. BEWARE - obviously a cowboy company.”

“I am a spinal cord patient now 18 years. I had exhausted all meds over the counter and prescription meds for my severe constipation. A fellow patient with the same medical condition told me to try Digestic. I was skeptical but did it anyway. I have been on it for 3 months. I was having 2-3 bowel movements every AM. I was so thankful. My drs. wanted to give me an illeostomy (bag) to see ifthat would help but I was determined to find something. Now, it’s like the Digestic doesn’t work any more. I get some stool out in the am but not enough to where I am still feeling constipated. I am up to 6 pills a day. I don’t understand! How could it just. Stop all of a sudden? Can anyone give me any reasons why and what to do? 🤔😢”

“I have been waiting 3 months to get my 2 bottles of your product, I have texted you and tried phoning youse,but no response, you've given me a code to look thru usps code is LX678174181US it says its in studio city California since August 17, then thats as far as it got, I,very talked with other customers they have the same problem ,if you're not sending my product then send me my refund.my name is Ronald chartrand p.o box 128 duck bay manitoba Canada rol-ono is my postal code.”

“I have had problems with constipation most of my adult life. Well now that I am taking Digestic I have no more problems. I feel much better and most days I have two movements when I used to go about every 4-5 days and had to rely on stool softeners and laxatives. That doesnt happen any longer. I am very happy with the product.”

“Digestic works well. Online ordering needs improvement. Ordered 3 month supply and got one month. They corrected it by sending new 3 month supply however one bottle arrived broken”

“I have problems with stomach issues. Gases,costipation, burn,etc. I have been taking laxatives, teas, pills these make feel so sick. Digestic are incredibles. I feel so good my constipation is gone , no stomach issues.”
