Terrible returns and customer service.
I regret to share my frustrating experience with DigiDirect regarding my purchase of a Zhiyun Crane 4 on the 19th of November 2023.
Right from the start, the product was faulty, and after nearly a year of returning the same broken item, I’ve given up hope of receiving a replacement or refund.
The ordeal began when I returned the Crane 4 for inspection and warranty repair. Unfortunately, when it was sent back to me, it had even more issues than before. I requested a refund or a different replacement, believing this was my right as a consumer.
Customer service assured me I would receive a new product, but instead, I was sent someone else's equipment. After returning this other persons package my original broken Crane 4 was sent back to me, when I was expecting a replacement. It had undergone yet another warranty repair, leaving me utterly frustrated.
This entire experience has been a complete waste of time and I am left out of pocket. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be purchasing any filmmaking equipment from DigiDirect again.
