I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a camera cage on March 22nd with delivery quoted 1-3 days. The item did not arrive. I rang customer service and was told they were out of stock but I would receive it in a few weeks, and they would send me an email to confirm this. No email, no delivery. I have emailed digidirect every few weeks since and each time they say the item will be delivered in 1-3 weeks, over 3 months later, I still do no have my order and there is no communication from Digidirect EVER. I keep chasing them, they keep stalling. A rubbish company.
