Easy to talk to, understood my requirements, able to deliver a solution next day.
That said, technical knowledge about upgrading/changing between products that DD supply was not 100% accurate. My googling of the issue and solution found the information given to me to be incorrect. That said, they did try and look into the issue to see what was possible.
