In-law sat box not working, I have previous experience on getting sky boxes working so sent to assist. Spoke to sky who weren't much help, suggested new box with 10-14 days delivery and service engineer install. Father in law then gave me paperwork for Digital services, a chap called Joe answered on first ring, happy with my checks and advised a engineer would call Monday before 9 to arrange same day visit and would repair or replace free of charge. Just received call from in-laws at 850 am, Engineer has been and gone, new box installed, fantastic service!
