The product range is huge and we use Digital Devices for the majority of our network and IT-related enquiries, apart from when the product is not supported by you. Honestly we'd like to get you some more orders; it's difficult to get feedback from our Libyan clients but considering we have won orders with you before, I think your prices are competitive. Moving forward we should continue as we are and hopefully we'll start seeing some orders, it's possible we are being beaten by other suppliers who are cheaper but these clients also often take 4-6 months to make a purchase decision, so there is that element too.
