Although I have purchased from Digital Devices several times over a number of years, this being for smaller items, this was the first major purchase I have made from them. Our sales representative (Jay) was outstanding it meeting my expectations and delivering a good price on the purchased of batch of Dell OptiPlex computers and Dell monitors. Previously, I have dealt with another third-party who only just come in cheaper than buying direct from Dell, but Digital Devices provided a far cheaper option for exactly the same product. Their order processing and delivery were very fast and efficient. Jay always kept me in the loop on what was happening. On all future Dell purchases, I will certainly go to Digital Devices first. :-)
