No after sales service. One UPS Battery was faulty and we shipped it back to Digital Devices for repair / replacement. They repaired and sent us back the unit in a very bad condition (Brand new unit which was never used before). Now when we request for a replacement unit they don't respond to our emails or not answering our calls at all. Worse company ever to deal with.
