The salesman doesnt have the idea of the products and dont know what product to be given to customer. He missed an mandatory item to be quoted.
Next, I got the delivery after 56 days after PO submission, 40 days after the payment. I have to keep chasing them after i made the payment to them. Very bad company/salesman.
