I was very discouraged when I returned an item . It was Esther Lauder make up. When I purchased it before going on a cruise, I was told I could return it if it did not work for me. When I returned it with the yellow stickers on it . I was told I could only get a gift card, which was not what I understood would be the case., if I returned it! It was not one of those three day return deals and it was not on sale ! It was very obvious that the person working with me did not want to be bothered, and it was even worse when I went upstairs to customer service. The lady there was answering the phones as well as working with me. She was very rude , did not want to be bothered and had zero customer service skills! I have been a Dillards customer for years and years, but when I walked out, I said I would never walk in that store and purchase another thing!
