Don't waste your time guys, I've been waiting over a week now and been in contact with "customers support" who are completely useless. You have to ask for tracking info, and when you've requested one it'll be stuck on the same stage until you contact customer support. Only then the tracking will update, strange right? I have asked for dimprice to issue a refund however they're indirectly refusing so the only other way is to produce all email correspondence to my card company and start the chargeback process.
