Caution Advised: This shop appears to sell mobile phones as new when they may actually be used. I experienced a lengthy delivery time of approximately three weeks. Additionally, be aware that if you decide to return your order, they impose a 30% deduction on the refund. Exercise caution when purchasing from this retailer.

Hi all. I will share my shopping experience at Dimprice.de. I am in Austria, I ordered an iPad Air 5 tablet from them with standard delivery of 6-14 days. From the beginning I thought that this company was German and there shouldn’t be any problems. Their tablet costs 160 euros cheaper than in other stores. Then I started looking into it and realized that the company was located in China, I started reading reviews and thought that I would be waiting for a tablet for a very long time. I wrote them an email and WhatsApp. They answered me almost immediately, so that I wouldn’t worry, everything would be on time. Then they sent me a tracking number for the parcel. To my surprise, the iPad came to me in 4 days, original, in original packaging without defects and separately a European charger, a tablet from the USA. They sent it to me from Germany. Maybe I'm lucky, but I have a positive review of this store

Avid all a scam product are not covered by warranty as not uk registered wish I knew this before as I wouldn’t of bought the phone - they have stopped replying to me

Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I have ordered an iPhone in November. I have picked the 2 days expedited delivery and guess what? I still don’t have a phone. I have been chasing Dimprice for months for a refund, but they only reply with generic answers apologizing and thanking me for my patience.. they have been claiming for months that they received no updates from DPD for losing my parcel however I had several calls with DPD and they have assured me every time that an update and a result (that my has been officially deemed lost) has been given to Dimprice months ago, but when I highlighted this to Dimprice they claimed that they are still waiting for the results. I have opened a dispute with my bank and now Dimprice have reached out and asked me to cancel my dispute otherwise they can’t refund me. My bank has reached out to Dimprice nearly a month ago and I have been asking them nearly every day to reply back to my bank, but as always i received a reply that indicates that they don’t actually read the emails nor care what it says.. Their reply after telling them that I am unable to cancel the dispute and requesting them to reply to my bank: The dispute is still open and we cannot issue the refund. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us! Thank you! I’m not kidding, AVOID THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I will make sure to post this review on every single platform available. Update: They are still trying to get me to close my dispute (even tho I have messaged them 3 times that I can’t physically cancel the dispute) and promising me immediate refund. I have been asking them for over a week to reply back to my bank about my dispute and they have been dodging my request and only asking me to close the dispute. Very fishy. Still waiting for a refund… 4 month of waiting so far

They Sold Be A hong kong Nintendo Switch Oled Despite Website Showing Uk Models And No Mention Of Region Ones Being Sent. Have No Repair Warranty As Its Region Locked Support Don't Reply AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Email to Dimprice 4th JAN My partner bought a Samsung galaxy watch 5 on this order ID. It was delivered great however after a week of use since opening Christmas day it no longer charges. I have tried all trouble shooting and reset the watch and still it does not charge. It has now ran out of battery and will not charge. I do not know why it won't charge and now the watch is completely out of charge and does not display the 0% either. The watch was brand new, opened on Christmas day and less than a week later it wont charge. It is clean and there is nothing stopping it charging but the watch itself. Stop asking me to try different things. I have tried all the troubleshooting information from Samsung website. I have tried what you asked of me and sent evidence. The watch is sat there un useable. Its been weeks now and i still have an unusable watch sat there. All i want is a watch that was payed for that works as it should. I am not paying for a 'warrenty claim' when the product you sold me is ineffective and does not do as was intended on sale. You are in breach of my consumer rights and i will now be taking further action. Should you wish to prevent this i urge you to confirm you will refund my money. Stop playing games now with the standard response email and someone telephone me. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty/doesn't match the description. I would like a repair or replacement at no cost to me. They responded on trust pilot for me to email. I did email in response to them again on 1st Feb So you can respond to my trust pilot review but not to my email. Yet in your response you state to get in touch with you via email. How superficial is this? I demand that you refund me for a product that does not serve its purpose immediately. Send me a SAE and I will return it to you. I have asked many time for a telephone call as emails are taking far too long to be answered and i have now not had use of my watch for over a month. Sort this out or all my emails are going to be posted online in order showing exactly how you respond and try to fob people off. Disgusting is not even a low enough word to describe dimprice. I have had no response since from Dimprice.

Tracking your parcel is a mystery. It sat "in transit in the hub" for 7 days then became out for delivery. Be patient when waiting and dont rely on fast delivery. Cannot fault the product or the savings.

Ordered from this site not really thinking to check the reviews. Took almost 4 weeks to arrive. In the meantime had read the negative reviews and become concerned. Nintendo switch arrived, looked ok apart from the Chinese box! Contacted on how to send the item back within 14 days as the site advertises. I’m now 7 days after contacting and they have avoided responses and how to return. A complete scam and so annoyed I fell for it! Do not waste your money ordering from here! I have nothing positive to say about this place and 1 star is being generous

I recently bought a Nintendo Switch Little and it comes with a non-UK charger...the charger is a Korean version with a Korea-to-UK adapter. There is no mention of the Korean version of the charger on the web portal and if you buy from dimprice.CO.UK you expect to have a UK charger with whatever device you buy. If I had known that, I would buy the device from another store. I feel cheated. I cannot return it because it was my daughter's Christmas gift and, I cannot explain to her that now I have to return the Santa gift because he make a mistake.

I'm not sure how or why Dimprice.com reviews are different to Dimprice.co.uk. They both are the same company are they not. I will put this review here as its on the other Trustpilot review page of Dimprice. I will edit my comments if Dimprice act in a professional and honest manner regarding my problem with them. So to start with, a bad experience with Dimprice Like the person posting just now/before me. I ordered from a UK website .Dimprice.. but I learned that the item is coming from Hong Kong. Slightly cheaper but obvious warranty problems and also big delay sending to the UK, not the promise of delivery between 4 to 6 days. No good for me as Im now away. I ordered the Nintendo and received it from Amazon the next day £19 more expensive ( so why didnt I buy it from Amazon in the first place..duh). So I cancelled the order and for safety decided to raise a dispute through my bank to ensure I get the money. My bank said Dimprice can still settle by refunding me and the dispute can be closed on payment. However Dimprice say I have to withdraw the dispute before they refund me. At the moment i am being sent a letter from my bank.. to email to C L at Dimprice cancelling the dispute. Dimprice say that they will then pay the refund. I will give Dimprice the chance to refund me when they have received the email cancelling the dispute, if they dont I will start the dispute through my bank to get my money back....all for a saving of just £19. AN UPDATE....My bank and VISA are now involved. The advise I was initially given by the bank was incorrect and the dispute with Dimprice will go ahead. I have been informed by a higher authority in the bank. Only a refund will stop the Bank and Visa becoming involved. It is now between HSBC a/Visa and Dimprice. I did give Dimprice the opportunity to refund me but there was a strange reason why they did not want to refund whilst the the dispute was open. All for a cheaper version.. £19.. of Nintendo. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! Brought the Samsung Pixel for £749. It never arrived, and now they are refusing to answer any communication. They have effectively stolen my money. Please don’t use this company, they’re crooks!

Keep well away from this company. I ordered a Samsung phone from the 15th November, got a message fairly quickly saying it was dispatched and then on the tracker it was in transit to the hub and its still there! After numerous emails from me they told me I could not have the green one I ordered but could have white. Still waiting for a response from them and a phone. They are still selling the green one in the site and it says it will arrive in 3 to 4 days. I did read very mixed reviews and took the gamble I would be one of the lucky ones. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order without checking reviews first. Due to dreadful reviews I tried to cancel my order for Nintendo Switch as I cannot wait for a lengthy delivery, website says 3-4 days! After 3 days it has not even left their warehouse! No reply on their WhatsApp number, no reply to emails so if they send it out I will return. Reviews are saying they take 30% off the refund!! I have ordered elsewhere and am collating a case, lucking I paid by credit card but I'm sure it will be a lengthy process to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!

THEY ARE FRAUDS. Please dont purchase anything from this website. I have bought 2 phones from them for 2 different companies of mine and i am still being told apologies for delay. i believe they dont even have the phone on stock. Bad Customer service and Bad company

I have ordered an Iphone 14 pro max at 18th of November. Today it is 6th of December and it is stuck in the status of : 2022-11-27 / In transit in the hub / In transit Customer service is replying with "Sorry, gas prices" and the cargo company is not even real. No way to contact and the website has a lot of flaws that prove that they are not real. I am super worried about my money. I hope that this was not a fraud. I am going for a vacation this weekend and I wanted a new phone to take good videos with it. Next monday I will start the process with my credit card if I still don't have the item.

Am 16. Nov bestellt. Am 05. Dez. Status seit 23. Nov noch immer in Transit. Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage immer die selben Antworten in den fühen Morgenstunden (was nahelegt dass der Support in den asiatischen Raum ausgelagert ist - niemad abeitet in UK um 3 uhr morgens). Sorry, Gaskrise, Streik... Keine Möglichkeit mit dem Logistikunternehmen, 724EX, in Kotakt zu treten. Ich kann nur abraten. Ich habe wieder gelernt - der Preis alleine ist nicht alles.

Wishing I'd read these reviews before purchasing! Ordered a Nintendo Switch, the packaging arrived damaged, no instructions and says it is a Hong Kong version which has limitations. Although slightly cheaper than UK stores not massively. Have been requesting a refund ...... has been 7 days and I still haven't received a return address. Really poor customer service. Considering reporting to trading standards.
