“Tracking your parcel is a mystery. It sat "in transit in the hub" for 7 days then became out for delivery. Be patient when waiting and dont rely on fast delivery. Cannot fault the product or the savings.”

“I ordered a Samsung S22 from Dimprice at £200 cheaper than any other retailer - something I would not normally do but given the price of new mobiles, I thought it worth a go. The tracking is terrible - they use a budget company to arrange UK deliveries. I saw these reviews and started to get worried. However - the customer service agent responded straight away and the phone arrived ~8 days later. It is certainly brand new and functions fine. If you're going to order at such a huge discount you should expect an element of risk is involved - the delivery is going to take a bit longer and returns are not going to be like ordering from a UK company. You get what you pay for. Having said all that, it worked out fine for me.”

“Ordered Apple iPhone SE 2022 model on 15/04/2022 about 25% off the market price. The website said it would be delivered in 2-5 days but it took almost 2 weeks which I guess is not unreasonable considering there was Easter, but still it wasn't "express" delivery. It arrived via DPD this morning (return address was the London office). The 724ex.net tracking website (details below) is highly suspicious as there is almost no information and each event seems to take at least one day to happen. So I was quite worried after seeing all these negative reviews but when I opened the package it was a geniune Apple packaging and was sealed. On opening the package, I could see it was a US model from the model number and it seems the phone's warranty has already been activated 1 month ago so actually I only have 11 months warranty but it seems a genuine product and could be added to my Apple account without issue. So for me at least, it seems to be genuine and so far doesn't seem like a faulty product. 724ex tracking: 2022-04-28 DPD Please click Here for further updates.
